Take care everyone! Unfortunately the Revl coaches can't guide you through these workouts in person so you'll need to take care to avoid injuring yourself. There are alternative options for all moves (e.g. push ups on knees) - it's not cheating, so choose alternatives if you feel the need. Concentrate on correct technique and as always check in on the hurt - is it the good kind or bad? If it's the bad kind or you're just not sure, stop. If it's the good kind...scream and get over it:)
