Six action packed weeks of individual and team workouts taking your endurance, strength and speed to the next level while you soak up the mornings and longer days.
Inspired by team sport training and the fitness tests of NZ’s top athletes, you’ll get to test yourself against the likes of Beauden Barrett while having loads of fun with other Revlr's.
This is a 6 week training programme, held on the fields, hills and rooftops surrounding Revl.
The programme includes 2 coached outdoor sessions per week and a recommendation that each participant completes 1 Revl Strength class and 1 Yoga class each week.
