Anna is a fully qualified personal trainer and dance teacher. Anna has extensive experience within the fitness and dance industry and previously danced with a professional dance company in Melbourne, Australia for 2 years.
Most recently Anna has gained a level 4 in Exercise and Personal Training qualification, becoming a fully qualified personal trainer through the New Zealand Institute of Sport.
She has been training consistently from the age of 15 and is passionate about resistance and hypertrophy training to gain a strong and conditioned body. Her goal as a trainer is helping others to reach their fitness goals. Whether it’s to improve their body composition or to gain muscle mass, or to increase muscle strength. Anna is also specialized in prescribing flexibility and mobility exercises due to her background in dance.
